Join Summit Art May 2-3 at Powell Gardens for the opening weekend of Painted Gardens!
New for 2026, Summit Art presents the Painted Gardens Art Fair at Powell Gardens. Celebrate the joy and color spreading across the Gardens with inventive botanical displays, spring blooms, and works of art. Located in Kingsville, MO this event will feature artists from across the Kansas City region, Warrensburg, Sedalia, Columbia and beyond.
This event is held on the opening weekend celebration of Painted Garden, a 6-week botanical and art exhibition that invites visitors to celebrate the beauty and joy of spring through inventive botanical displays, spring blooms and works of art. This year’s exhibit brings collaborative glass artist from Belger Arts in Kansas City, MO who will create vibrant works of glass art that will be featured throughout the 6-week event.
Summit Art is currently accepting applications for artist vendors to have 10x10 booths to display and sell artwork for the opening weekend celebration. Registration is open to artists of various mediums. Full details available on Zapplication. Applications for this event will only be accepted through Zapplication by the deadline.
